Note: For your and our protection and comfort, we take several photographs and videos, using cell phone cameras and drones, before any work starts and throughout the entire project. Also, with your permission, we need to look inside the attic and look at the underside of the roof decking and interior walls and ceilings for safety reasons or pre-damage concerns. Contractor will provide all photographs and videos, as necessary.

Contractor will make arrangements for the permit and dumpster and these costs will be billed directly to the customer from contractor. Once the project starts we are there every day until the job is finished.

Our roofing process can go a long way toward giving your home a whole new look while also keeping it well protected. We understand the importance of taking care of your home and making it look as attractive as possible. So our technique is a step-by-step approach that is also recommended by the manufacturer and building inspectors and guarantees the best results each and every time we do a roof project.

These steps include taking every precaution possible to protect the entire work area and surrounding areas. These steps include helping customers select the right color, materials, best timeline, and further include the following.

We’ll install GAF Timberline HD brand or Customer’s choice of lifetime warranty architectural style shingles with our Contractor’s two-year warranty for workmanship. Each Project will be kept clean on an hourly basis, Contractor will cover all shrubs with tarps in surrounding work areas to protect and if possible, eliminate any possible damage.

Once project is completely secured and protected, we will start with removing all old roofing material including metal drip edge, tar paper, any underlayment material, etc. All old roofing material will be removed into dumpster immediately. The deck (plywood) of the roof will then be completely inspected for any unforeseen and/or undetectable damage such as; rotted plywood, damaged or missing flashing, including around chimney area. Also, we inspect the entire chimney for any issues. Any unforeseen repairs found necessary will be discussed with the Customer, and with the Customer’s approval the additional work will be billed and completed separately. Contractor will install the required ice & water barrier (6 ft., or current building code or Customer’s request, starting from the gutter up the roof in all gutter perimeters), and any metal drip edge, rake edge and replace any septic vent breather boots. Contractor will cover the remaining part of plywood roof with the roofing manufacturer’s recommended synthetic underlayment to the ridge peak and install the recommended ridge vent and caps to completely seal roofing system. Then we apply the new shingles. At the end of the project, Contractor and crew will clean the gutters, remove all tarps then rake, sweep up, and blow debris into the dumpster. Then we’ll go over entire area several times with magnetic 3ft. rollers to remove any stray nails and then we will do a total inspection of the entire project with Customer and roofing crew…IT WILL LOOK LIKE WE WERE BARELY THERE!!.. Most roofing projects are completed in 24 to 32 hours including dumpster removed.
